Why I Built FoundersNest
Three years ago, I was exactly where you might be right now. I had an idea that kept me up at night, a problem I was desperate to solve, and absolutely no clue how to turn it into reality.
I joined startup communities, attended countless networking events, and collected hundreds of LinkedIn connections. Everyone was talking about their "ideas" but nobody was actually building anything.
When I finally decided to build, I got quotes of ₹50,000-₹2,00,000 for a basic MVP. As a college student turned early founder, that was impossible. So I learned to code, struggled for months, and eventually launched—but the journey was unnecessarily hard and lonely.
That's when the idea for FoundersNest crystallized: What if founders could build products affordably, students could gain real experience and earn, and everyone could be part of a community that actually ships?
FoundersNest isn't just another community—it's a forge where ideas are transformed into products through structure, affordability, and genuine peer support. We're building the ecosystem I wish existed when I started.
"Success isn't about having the perfect idea. It's about having the courage to start, the structure to execute, and the community to support you through the journey."
